Everything was going well until I moved and had to vacate the storage unit. I gave them plenty of notice that I was leaving on May 1st. They are very friendly and efficient when it comes to collecting payment and receiving visitors, but wait until you're gone… I proceeded to cancel the contract, as they explained. Even so, they charged me for the rest of the month, which is completely ILLEGAL, since it's not stated in the contract (charging for the entire month without justification is considered unjust enrichment under Article 1895 of the Civil Code). When I called, they told me I had to wait until they returned my deposit (almost another month), which is also illegal, as they are two completely separate amounts. I've called several times and politely messaged them on WhatsApp to see if they could advance my payment due to the high expenses I've incurred with my move. The first time, they said they would look into it. Four days later, they said again that they would look into it. Four more days later, they didn't reply to my messages and left me on read. They hold onto your money and don't even have the courtesy to respond. I was going to recommend them to some friends, and I'll tell them the exact opposite. Everything is automated, especially the payments. What they don't automate is the refund of YOUR money.

Their storage units in Almería flooded, and they're already facing a lawsuit. They also keep charging you even if you give them proper notice that you've left. The company is pathetic across its various departments, and the "manager" lies more than he breathes. There are many better options than this one.
