Stay away I'd say. Incredibly rude and presumptuous staff/manager there, plus no possibility to manage your account/payment details online - in combination hitting you with extortionate charges

This company should be avoided if you are not a native Spanish speaker. They have coerced us into an expensive contract with unreasonable cancellation terms without us knowing. The member of staff knew enough English to answer our questions with "Yes, its fine, you will not have to pay longer than you need the unit" but apparently not enough to explain the unreasonable cancellation terms. Yes, we signed the contract, but this is because we believed we were signing something fair with kind and trustworthy people. We are now not getting a definitive figure of what they insist we owe, along with threatening communication about debt blacklists. We removed our belongings before the end of the period we asked for and were told was OK. We did not know and were not told that we were locked in for any period of time. They KNEW we didn't understand the contract and they INSISTED it was what we asked for and that everything was fine. Please be careful with this villainous company. They are dishonest and we are incredibly upset and angry with the way they have treated us.

The customer service just when I wanted to inquire with this company does not inspire confidence. I filled out their web inquiry form and asked some simple questions. The form required both email and phone to submit. I then asked (in Spanish) to please NOT call me; that I was not currently in Spain. Instead they have continued to call me 8 or 9 times over and over again while I am roaming outside Spain. The email they sent after 3 or 4 of those calls asked me for information of what information I was looking for even though I already supplied exactly that in their inquiry form. Wishing I never had anything to do with these people who keep calling over and over again.
