They charged me a late payment fee for their bad admin and then had a million stories how it's my fault. I paid the fee and this review makes me feel better. Lol

Total rip off!They raise your price twice a year, 30% or more!!! They don't even advice you, neither give you an explanation etc. Absolutely abusive practices. Suben el precio 2 veces al año, en mi caso 30%!!!, sin avisar, sin explicaciones cuando preguntas, nada. Han puesto una cláusula en sus condiciones en su web en la letra pequeña que pone que pueden subir la cuota más que 20% avisando con 7 días de antelación. Cuando preguntas firmando el contrato no te dan esta información,al contrario, te dicen que la cuota es fija. Esto es de mala fe,engaño al cliente. Regarding your answer: I have informed after the first raise via phone , e mail and whatsapp that I haven't received any notice and asked to resend it to me with an explanation and adviced to inform me the next time on time, preferably by email too. It never happened. Never got any notice, neither by mail, nor by email. The first raise were 10%. Now , only 6 months later,the second time the same issue, suddenly I see a 30% higher price charged to my bank account without any notice. Way higher than IPC and there definetly were no improvements made in the warehouse that would justify it. Neither did I get a contact where to claim the issue which I asked for. The people at the reception were really nice and gave me a trustful impression when I was looking for long term rental and the price was acceptable - since I was looking for long term I explicitly asked for a fixed price which was confirmed to me - but then this. That's not a way to treat clients.
