This is the worst service in Barcelona! I tried to rent a storage space, and they sent me a payment link. However, every time I tried to pay, it kept getting declined due to an "operational issue." Just minutes after sending me the payment link, customer service informed me that the location was full and that I couldn't get a storage unit. When I asked if they had availability at other locations, they said yes and even shared an alternative location. But after that, they completely stopped responding to my messages and calls. The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional—they simply ignore customers! Absolutely not recommended!

No prices on the website. They force you to give them all your personal date before naming the price for their services

I was a customer for over two years, and at first everything was wonderful, until I requested a change to a smaller storage unit. Eugenia put me on an "imaginary waiting list." I saw people coming and going from storage units the size I had requested. This went on for three months. I complained, but Eugenia told me I was still on the list and that, given the price I was paying for my current unit, it was better for me to stay... (comparing prices with my neighbors, I was paying the normal rate). I pretended to be a new customer (through the Homebox website), and surprise, there I found what I needed. Aside from that, the day they changed the key card for the entrance door, she made me go twice to get it because she had given me the wrong one. In short: very good location and maintenance, but Eugenia is unprofessional and disorganized. I'm still waiting for the email she promised to cancel my membership.
