9 months agoExcellent location, SO easy to use, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic when needed. Incredibly quick to resolve the issue we had. I couldn’t recommend LOCK & Enjoy more and would be so happy to use the service again in the future!

9 months agoThe lockers were great and worked perfectly for keeping our luggage safe. However, we noticed that the front door didn't close completely and was slightly open when we came back. Just mentioning it so it can be checked for future visitors. Otherwise, everything was great and we had a very good experience!

3 months agoCan’t contact customer service they advertise one suitcase sized box 📦 and it would barely fit a handbag in so I had to go back and purchase bigger and they haven’t refunded me for the falsely advertised first purchase! Also the website glitched I told them and they charged me an extra 6 hours! Overall wouldn’t recommend

5 months agoWorst experience. Could not modify our online reservation and when we arrived at storage unit, we were then locked out of our lockers. Tried calling both urgent and non urgent contact info (email, website inquiry, phone calls, social media etc) and still nothing. Beware!
