Expensive compared to ALL the other storage units in the neighborhood, terrible service, and they don't have the units they promise over the phone. I went to see one on a Friday and asked if I could reserve it. They told me they didn't take reservations, but that from Friday to Monday there wouldn't be a problem. I went on Monday to pay, and they told me it had been RESERVED by another office. Didn't they say they didn't take reservations? They then told me that one the size I was looking for would become available that same Thursday, and that if I wanted it, they would reserve it for me. But what's the deal? Do they take reservations or not? The worst part? They told me that the one that was becoming available on Thursday was the same size as the one I missed out on… And it turns out IT WASN'T. It was smaller. They don't even know what they have or don't have, how big they are, or if they even take reservations. A disaster. I wasted two weeks looking for a storage unit. The next day I went to the competition, OhMyBox, which is three blocks away. They gave me one the same size, right away, with excellent service, and it was almost €30 cheaper. A terrible company.

They have made several mistakes with us. Payment missed, charged too much at the big inning and as they offered industrial lift but it doesn't work 24 hours as promised...
