The team of two that arrived to run the lift platform was amazing. As one worked the lift and help load at the bottom, the other was up top and help unload and ensure all our items made it up to our apartment safely. They worked very quickly as well and nothing was damaged during the process. Also, working with Mudanzas Heysser to arrange everything was simple and I did it all through WhatsApp and their English was perfect for those that don’t speak Spanish or Catalan. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Mudanzas Heysser!

I moved today with Mudanzas Heysser and the experience was excellent. The communication beforehand was very transparent, and the team (Christian, Michael, and Benjamin) arrived exactly on time. They were extremely friendly, and all of them spoke English, which made things much easier for me as a foreigner. Even though I actually had a bit more to move than originally agreed, it was no problem at all. They even helped assemble a few pieces of furniture, took care of the trash, and carried a large unexpected package up the stairs — all with a positive attitude. Honestly, I didn’t expect the move to be this smooth and professional. I can fully recommend Mudanzas Heysser, especially for foreigners and expats. Very responsive and attentive in providing a quote and explanation of the whole moving process with an external lift. They will instantly respond on WhatsApp. Their quote was the best deal we found in BCN for moving 2 couches from a 5th floor. I highly recommend them for all of your moving needs!
