Excellent customer service in C/ Caracas, receptionist Desiree assisted me first and left a very good impression, she showed me spaces without any pressure but all attentiveness just before closing time. She made me feel valued customer not yet even signed contract and a very good deal, sent to my phone and email the offer to decide. I went back to finalise the reservation got assisted by Ana Karina, showed me another space bigger. Then I came back for signing contract which I’ve met with Mariana who have been messaging and answering my phone queries even before I went to their office. The whole experience was made so easily by these ladies. Other companies I’ve asked and contacted is nothing compared to the Oh my box. The website is interactive and complete but the viewing is real with real people helping. Highly recommended👍
