We signed our storage unit rental contract today and were very pleased with the experience. The facility is conveniently located, offers easy parking and unloading, video surveillance, and different storage options. Managers Ariadna and Oriol were very welcoming and professional. I found a storage unit very quickly after submitting an online request — they called me back promptly, helped me choose the right size, and arranged a convenient time. Since I don’t speak Spanish well, all communication was done through WhatsApp and in English, which made everything much easier and avoided any misunderstandings. They also scheduled a visit so I could see the storage space in person. The contract was signed quickly, and the service was extremely polite and professional. The prices are reasonable, and there are some nice perks — for example, the first month is free. They also have a good insurance and security system in place.
