It's close to Bilbao but not in the city center, so it's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. Great! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they communicate really well. Now I just hope the move goes perfectly.

Daisy was very kind and professional during the storage unit rental. The process was quick and easy, which is exactly what you need in the middle of a move. I have to change this review because Daisy left me hanging. I didn't receive a welcome email after signing the contract, so I had no information about my lock combination or how to access my storage unit. After almost an hour with Juan on WhatsApp, I learned how to log in, although I haven't tried it yet, and he also sent me the link to my private area. Luckily, I thought to ask, and now Juan is looking for my welcome email with the information. Please send it to me so I can find out what I need to know. Daisy has disappeared, and I don't even know if she created my profile with the correct phone number.

Great 24 hour storage location. Clean. Easy to access. Reasonable prices. Good bathrooms, vending machines, and always some good music (if you like Bon Jovi)
