Consigna 24h Guggenheim - Luggage Storage Bilbao (LockHereNow)

On May 21, I used an XL size (57 x 43 x 85 cm) locker near the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao. When I tried to put in two suitcases (28 x 42 x 65 cm) on the day, the opening width when I opened the door was only 41 cm, so I could only fit one suitcase, not two. Since there was no point in putting in only one suitcase, I stopped using it so that I could get a refund later. The explanation on the current website (as of May 21, 2025) shows that the minimum width of the XL locker size is listed in two different ways, 43 cm and 41 cm, and it is unclear which one is correct. At the time I made the reservation (January 31, 2025), the minimum width of the XL size was listed as 43 cm only, and after that, there might be complaints and it may have been corrected to 41 cm. However, the description of 43 cm still exists. On February I tried to cancel due to the circumstances of the initial reservation, but I did not know how to cancel, and even when I tried to inquire, I could not get through, so I felt that the after-sales service was very poor. I tried to use it by making an arrangement, but this time my luggage wouldn't fit in the locker, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around Bilbao for half a day and was exhausted. I would like refund. Give me back Bilbao time.
