4 months agoVery smooth and straightforward service. Only holdup was that I struggled to book a little bit because the page was set out a bit confusingly. In the contact details section, it required a cvc for my card and also my postcode but I couldn’t really tell that from the way it was set out. There were no alternative ways to pay when I had trouble spotting this. Other than that a pretty flawless service.

5 months agoGreat experience- easy to book, find and use. Would recommend if you need to leave your luggage in Bilbao.

9 months agoIn theory it's a great idea - everything worked as expected but I found that my standard US 22" case was about an inch bigger than the 'Large' locker and there's no ability to upgrade to 'Extra Large' , you need to book again and eat the loss. My fault for not checking the actual dimensions against my bag. I guess 'Large' would suit an Easyjet/Ryanair sized carry-on with no problems.

10 months agoEasy to access, and in a good location. Space was clean, well maintained. Extra Large locker was big enough for my suitcase, and a bagpack, but was quite a tight fit.
