2 weeks agoI've had two moving services done by them, and they've proven to be true professionals. From the office staff, Vanesa and María, who are lovely and very efficient, to Manuel, who is incredibly friendly and makes everything easy, and the movers, who are very professional, to Rubén, Pepe, and Miguel, who are very dedicated and professional. They take care of everything and let you forget about the actual moving process. I'm 100% satisfied with them for both the storage unit and the move. Rubén and Miguel handled my big move, and I highly recommend this team; they're fantastic. I was very impressed by how clean and pleasant the storage units in Tres Caminos are and how great they smell. I'm sure that if I ever need to hire a storage and moving service again, I won't hesitate to call them.

6 months agoExcellent service (we've moved several times in recent years). They collected our belongings and transported them to the storage facility. Very professional, very careful with everything, and very fast. The price is fair for the quality. The staff in the office were very attentive and professional. I will update the review once everything is delivered.

a year agoAna and Maria are both incredible! They are always so cheerful and helpful! I would give each of them 10 stars if possible! They both make my monthly visits to Islatrans to pay my rental fee such a delightful occurrence!

4 years agoProfessional & courteous. The personnel took great care to protect my furniture throughout the moving process. None of my belongings were damaged. They disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly. I was very pleased. I would use them again.
