Luggage Storage Jerez De La Frontera Train Station - Radical Storage

The man in the shop wasted 20minutes of my time due to his own incompetence. His device was not able to scan/read my booking QR code, then he tried to type in the recovery code which has numbers and letters, but his device’s keypad did not have alphabet letters, only numbers, so he could not type the full code. He kept going back and forth trying both methods, I also tried using his device but it wasn’t working. Why offer this service if you do not have the proper technology? He was also rude and didn’t speak any English so communication was hard, he should expect most people will be tourists and know some English. Eventually he took a photo of my booking confirmation and took my luggage, which he should have just done much sooner. He should not be an agent of this service if his device is useless. Radical storage have been kind and refunded me, hopefully they will investigate this agent to prevent this happening to future people.

The woman was friendly when we dropped off our luggage, but the experience when we picked it up was a shame. The young man was very disrespectful, bordering on abusive, because we couldn't find the number we'd been given to retrieve our bags. We offered him the identification number from the Storage app, but he said he couldn't give it to us anyway. We reminded him that they had taken a picture of us with our bags when we dropped them off, but that wasn't enough for him. He needed the plastic number... Finally, after his rudeness, he gave us our bags using the identification number from the Storage app. By then, I was able to find the plastic number we'd been given, which, in the end, wasn't really necessary to find our bags.
