Mine has been the worst experience of my life. After 5 days since they brought the furniture, each piece of furniture has slipped, has a dent or a crack, and every time I call and ask for a complaint form, they laugh at me. The only thing left to do is ask for a complaint form by certified mail and go file a complaint. They brazenly tell me they already delivered the furniture, but they laugh at how they did it. They say you signed that you received it, but that's one thing and another. When I started unpacking, it was in the condition that they found there were photos of how it was, and they sent them, saying everything was in perfect condition, and they've messed up and on top of that, they don't take responsibility. Another few days I'm still waiting for a complaint form. Waiting for a complaint form.

We hired a service from Malaga, but they contacted us from Granada. Absolutely not recommended. They arrived four hours late. The truck was small, so they had to make two trips. There were only two employees (they admitted there should have been four). We had booked them to pack the furniture, but due to the delay, we had to do it ourselves (and then they didn't refund us). The manager (David) was arrogant and defiant, threatening us when we wanted to talk, even though he offered to speak to us himself. Today he threatened us in writing with legal action. Unacceptable. In total, we spent almost €1000 for a terrible service. The only good thing was the two employees. If you want a reliable company, this isn't the one for you.

I do not recommend them to anyone, they are unprofessional and do not comply with the contract terms. They sell you that they have insurance in case of breakage and damage, but it is a lie. We have been waiting for more than 4 months for them to fix the breakages during our move, and all they do is give us excuses and delays... to not comply with the contract terms. BEWARE OF THEM!!!!!
