5 years agoAfter a difficult trip and a complicated move, we found in the maintenance man for my storage unit all the empathy, professionalism, and attention I could never have imagined. Thank you so much. I wish every company had this man.

7 years agoEasy to find. The owner is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. It's easy to rent without much hassle or paperwork, even by phone. Clean and tidy. Overall, a good warehouse. More photos online would be helpful to get a better idea. The only downside is that a large truck can't fit through the door, so you have to leave the truck outside to unload, losing visual control of the cargo. Exterior cameras would be appreciated for extra monitoring. Parking is limited as it's on a street without its own parking area on the property. Otherwise, a positive experience.

6 years agoSince August 11th, I've been waiting for a response via WhatsApp. You call and they go straight to voicemail without any personalized messages, and they don't answer the WhatsApp. After 15 days, they respond as if nothing had happened. Extremely unprofessional. At least an out-of-office message is the least they could have done.
