3 months agoExcellent!!! I was looking for a storage unit, I called and Juan, with his helpfulness and kindness, explained and showed me the units. The facilities were impeccable, very well maintained, clean, and had an optimal security system. Transparency and honesty, both in the payment for the storage unit and in the return of the deposit. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The best experience with XL Storage, CB

5 months agoWe were looking for a storage unit and received excellent service from Juan. He waited for us to arrive, indicated different measurements because we weren't sure, and explained the entire process and the security of the space. 100% recommended.

a year agoI just rented a storage unit here, and everything has been very easy and convenient. Juan, the owner, has very well-organized and high-quality storage units. They're built with insulated ceilings, so there seems to be no damp. They all have interior lighting, and you can rest easy knowing your belongings are monitored 24/7 by cameras. Prices vary depending on the square footage, but range from 75, 85, 90, and a little more if you want a larger space. It's worth it because the location is also very good. 3 months agoAfter two months, I had to move my belongings out of the storage units because they weren't ventilated, and the mattresses, pictures, sheets, and curtains were deteriorating terribly. I had to throw many things away. Furthermore, if your belongings get damaged or stolen, they don't take responsibility for anything. I didn't feel safe and had to move everything to another storage unit. That said, Juan is very attentive and friendly; the service needs improvement.
