I use it for professional storage and I'm very happy with my decision. The service is excellent, the customer support is very good, and the storage unit is easy to use. It's very clean, secure, has trolleys for free use by customers, and offers flexibility to change the size of your unit to suit your needs.
We feel scammed. We sent a signed departure notice, everything was in order, and we left the storage unit empty and unlocked. For several months, we'd been receiving charges from Tres Aguas Transport, and we thought it was for a purchase or something we'd made there. When we started investigating the monthly payment with that reference number, because it seemed strange, we realized it was from Bluespace. It turns out they hadn't canceled the contract, and we were paying for an empty storage unit we weren't using. When we contacted them to find out what was going on, since we'd notified them that it was empty and they hadn't said anything, they said the lock was on and, as often happens, they assumed we were still using it. Excuse me? You couldn't even bother to send an email or call to check if it was actually being used, if there had been a mistake, or why there was a signed and received departure notice? No, they assumed we were still using it and kept charging us. That's a scam. Especially since you can't tell if the charge is from them, with a name that's easy to misunderstand. They wash their hands of it and refuse to return the money. What great con artists! On top of that, the digitally signed contract doesn't mention anything about this, and they print out a longer contract that has nothing to do with the digital one. It's very strange, and to top it off, they don't have any sign in the office saying that complaint forms are available. Honestly, a company to avoid completely. It's a shame, because the storage units are very nice. Edit to reply: How am I supposed to know who your charge is if it doesn't say anywhere that it's from Bluespace, Blueself, or anything like that? If I understand that it's already canceled, why would I log into the customer area to check anything? If I signed a cancellation notice, why don't you contact me to see if there's a mistake? Acting this way is acting in bad faith, so you can keep charging me and then wash your hands of it. That's bad faith and a scam.

I'm very unhappy with the cancellation process. I spent a whole day exchanging emails until they sent me the correct document. A complete rip-off. I will NEVER use this company again. I'm not giving fewer stars because I can't.
