It was extremely helpful to have our furniture there while we organized the move... the space was super clean... the hours were flexible, and, very importantly, the ease of using the van as many times as we needed... and the rates, of course, were very reasonable. Storage units of various sizes are available for rent; they are practical and easily accessible. A trolley is provided to facilitate the transport of items from the loading area to the unit. Access to the facility is personalized and monitored. Affordable prices and excellent service from the staff. The only drawback, and the reason I'm not giving them five stars, is beyond their control, although it does affect the service: the building owner has installed a freight elevator at the loading dock, which makes access difficult and is not always operational.
