a year agoEasy to book, very user-friendly and great location. I recommend Lock &be free for all, who have a time to spend in Madrid. You have access and open the lockers as many times as you want and it's super easy yo use. Great service, thank you!

2 years agoVery easy to use the lockers; just scan the QR on the door and pay online. All is automated and it seems very new. Fair price too: €6 to store my backpack for the day.

6 months agoFelt unsafe storing luggage here as it’s on a quiet side street and there were numerous homeless people outside eying us. One person also had the code to another storage facility diagonally across and was trying to open lockers. Would recommend storing your bags elsewhere.

2 years agoWatch out! The dimensions of the XL locker stated on the website are larger than they are in the actual shop. Website clearly states 85cm x 55cm x 50cm, but once you arrive you find out it's actually 83cm x 57cm x 44cm and you have to buy a second locker if you'd carefully worked out your requirements in advance. Customer service blamed us for their information being wrong, which was an irritating end to an otherwise excellent holiday. Absolute scam behaviour, would not recommend. EDIT: The company has continued to lie about the measurements in their reply to this review, so I have attached a screenshot from the website (showing 85cm x 55cm x 50cm) and from the front door (showing 83cm x 57cm x 44cm).
