It was very easy to book and find the place, open/close the locker and return later for it. All for a reasonable price and as there are many locations, our locker was very convenient for our way out of the city later that day. The one thing that did worry us, though, was that the entrance door was not locked and could not be locked when we left. That meant that anyone could enter the locker room and pry open the lockers if they wished to. It felt scary. Luckily our things were kept safe.

Great and easy to use locker that's conveniently located. Was great for us to store our luggage when arriving early in Madrid. Storing our luggage from 9AM to 4PM when we could check in was well worth the cost. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. We found this lock up in Madrid by accident but we’re happy we did. Solved our problem of what to do with the cases as we were in an air b&b & had 6 hours to kill on the last day. Easy to use. Though we didn’t estimate the size of the locker properly & had to get another. Had a few problems with this so called the number on the door & they just said ‘use another email’ which we did & it all worked straight away. Will look out for this service in other cities, highly recommended

All worked perfectly. Reserved on line, used the codes, stored the bags. I could access the locker any time for the entire booking period. Useful before and after checkout times or if you do not want to carry big shopping bags and coats. Cant miss the bright yellow signs. Also useful if you are travelling and doing a quick side trip leaving biggest bags behind.

Convenient location and overall service. Deducting one star as the price difference is quite significant between the 2 sizes they offer - Small and XLarge lockers (no option for Medium-sized luggage). Another positive point is their customer service is very helpful and quick to react over the phone.
