2 years agoMy experience at Espacio Juanelo is 10/10. Gastón is a great guy, always attentive and willing to lend a hand. He was very available at all times. I upgraded to a slightly larger storage unit because I needed more space, and I'm absolutely delighted. The facilities are excellent, clean, and well-lit. I highly recommend it. Best regards, Gastón.

2 years agoI totally agree with this girl. I also called today and this man is rude and ill-mannered, and on top of that he has no idea what it means to deal with clients. He tells you that he has it and then that he doesn't rent it... yes, but no... we don't know what he's up to. This is a super strange guy who IN FACT ONLY HAS BAD REVIEWS (all clients don't lie). By the way, Josefa, we have the same last name! There are plenty of good things to do.

2 years agoThey are never open for business. You have to call to make an appointment, and meet at arranged time. On the telephone they tell you a price, and that you can only pay in cash (not card). It is obviously either to avoid taxes or launder money. You arrive with the exact amount in cash they said and then they increase the price. As they don't accept card you therefore have to do waste time returning home and getting more cash. They are rude and have a nasty attitude. DO NOT USE
