Super easy to use. There is a few stores around the center of Madrid.

Really easy process and it was great to be able to open up the locker/ drop things off throughout the day.

Easy to find and easy to use with clear instructions. Free wifi was very helpful when we wanted to call an Uber from the locker storage. Got an XXL locker for around €24 for the day. Only thing is that it would not have fit 4 carry-ons. We had 3 and struggled to fit (our pretty full) backpacks on top of them

Very convenient and reliable! The price is extremely affordable, especially when you compare it with the Airport locker which was my first idea to put my stuff! (45 € in the airport for 7 hours for 3 backpacks in comparison to 11.9 € for a full day for 3 backpacks and other stuff + a USB charger port) One day, an M-size locker cost me 11.90 € Check my photos to see how much stuff you can put in a M-size box. It was 3 normal backpacks + a couple more stuff. Also, there is a USB charger inside the locker, and you can charge your devices while you are not there. Everything works online with the phone and instructions were available in English as well. I also contacted their support regarding a concern and they reply in WhatsApp in almost no time, I mean less than 3 minutes live agents answer and support me. I can only recommend them.

Fantastic experience! Easy to find and navigate app. It was great to be able to drop off our bags and walk through the city while we waitered for checkin. Lockers were clean, secure and large. We were able to fit 3 large backpacks in the XL with a lot of room to spare.
