a month agoEasy and in central parts of our trip. Fares are correct and aligned with the service. Consider the correct volume of your luggage and bags. Good service. The box and the oggice aren’t titally clean. Acceptable condition.

3 months agoGreat experience! We had an issue with our online reservation. Contacted them through WhatsApp. It was resolved in 5 minutes. Happy to recommend and will certainly use again. This specific location was 3 minutes from La Latina metro station.

a year agoMy experience started with a lot of frustration when the locker-size page on the website repeatedly wouldn"t load. After much fussing, I called the customer service number and Sara helpfully got me sorted. Five stars for Sara! Once past that hurdle, the locker operation went perfectly smoothly. Locker in the City has many locations in Madrid, one of which was conveniently two minutes from our airBnb.

a year agoGreat opportunity for travelers to store their luggage. I was a little confused how the key works so I called to support number and the agent was amazing, she was very helpful and friendly. She assured me that if I have any questions they will help me to open the locker when I come back to pick up my luggage. I did not need any help as when you initially understand how it works, everything is super easy. Thank you for such a great and necessary service.

2 years agoLoved it! I used the XL locker and was able to fit a large suitcase + an overstuffed backpack. I also managed to extend my reservation after emailing them last minute. Customer Service person (Laura) replied immediately even though it was Sunday afternoon and she helped me extend my reservation. 10/10 experience!
