A SHAME!! They promised to pick up some furniture with me, and I never heard from them. Disgraceful people!!
Extremely disappointed with the service. I had a scheduled pickup, and not only did they fail to show up, but they didn't even notify me or offer any explanation. A complete lack of respect and professionalism. Wasting your time for nothing, without any response or apology, is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend them.
It's clear you should read the reviews before hiring them. I arranged a pickup with them and they stood me up. Luckily, at the last minute, since it was urgent, I found another company through them who, besides being cheaper, was super efficient. But these guys... the worst. I kept calling them and they hung up, I kept writing to them and nothing... completely unprofessional.
A jerk. From what I see, I'm not the first person he's left stranded with furniture in the street. You meet him the day before... and on moving day, you call him, and he doesn't pick up the phone or respond to texts. Congratulations, kid. I hope life gives you back. You're very unprofessional as a worker, and I don't rate you as a person.
The star rating is for posting. I arranged for them to deliver a piece of furniture to another address within the same area where I live, and they completely abandoned me. They don't answer the phone, they don't contact me, and they don't resolve anything. I didn't want to believe the negative reviews, but I confirmed they were real. Unprofessional. Not recommended at all.
