It defies logic why they continue doing this inefficiently but they must be used to it. You can download the app Bounce to find other places to store your luggage for 24 hours. However if you want to give this a try…Check in the storage room to see if any digital pay lockers are available. If not, look for the older ones with keys. You need to know whether a locker is available before you proceed. It’s actually surprisingly easy to use but the person at the information desk when I arrived seemed to take special delight in seeing travelers struggle with the antiquated system. If you don’t have €1 or €2 coins for the €5 storage cost (because the digital pay system is only for a few lockers) you may have to run across the street to the train station where employees are super nice and will help you with change.
