A fantastic experience, everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and, in my case, they made things incredibly easy so that everything arrived on time. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and will use them again for future moves. Thank you.

Terrible experience. Rating -5 I hired them for a move from a town in Cuenca to Córdoba (May 23, 2024). Everything went very well with the person I spoke with over the phone, friendly and attentive. I requested a storage service, and the person I spoke with over the phone told me they would give me the first month free. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. It turns out my furniture was going to a storage unit in Córdoba, in the Chinales Industrial Estate. When I called them to schedule a moving appointment, I found out that my furniture was in a storage unit in Cuenca. 🤔😒 Not to mention the manager, who was very unfriendly and uninformed. When you asked him, he replied, "Whatever the office told you." They moved the furniture from the storage unit to us in Córdoba, and from one apartment in Córdoba to another (August 28, 2025). They told me they would arrive by 12 p.m. (which seemed very late considering everything they had). The person in charge of the work was very unfriendly, complaining about the too many boxes, that it's not how it's done, etc. On top of that, furniture (a washing machine and a shelving unit) was left in the apartment in Córdoba. We told them, and they reluctantly came to pick it up. We had to call them again about the shelving unit, and they responded very rudely. Complaining that they had a very long trip. This Monday, September 8th, I'm going to open the box spring for the double bed, and surprise, it's not properly assembled (photos show this), lifted from the bottom. I wrote to them as soon as I saw it (they were already closed), and they responded the next day, saying they'll look into it. I'm writing to you mid-morning to see if you've already consulted. Their response: "We're consulting with the workers who performed the service, but I can't finalize anything until they arrive at the office this afternoon. I'll let you know as soon as I know." I'm writing to you mid-afternoon. Their response: "The guys haven't arrived yet. Since the estimated 7-day insurance claim period has passed, we'll come by as soon as we can to review it and get it resolved." As soon as they arrive, I'll talk to them." I replied, telling them they'd understand I can't be without a bed. When you pay for a move, you expect a minimum amount of time, which was Tuesday. ZERO RESPONSE from them. I had to find someone to fix it for me, and they confirmed that they set it up incorrectly and that they were close to breaking it. I wrote to the company to tell them this and that I don't see the logic in their lack of response and their neglect, and they came back with: "The customer service department tells me that the maximum time to process the repair with insurance is 7 business days, and we've tried to get them to manage it, but they tell us we were already out of time on Monday. I'm sorry for the inconvenience." They're lying. The move was on August 28th, if they're supposed to be 7 business days, the 7th was Monday the 8th when I wrote to them. So I don't recommend it. DISAPPOINTING, INOPERABLE, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY They're ridiculous for what they do next. They don't keep their promises. They always ask for payment in advance, with proof, and are a bit demanding.
A terrible experience. I doubt they even asked for a moving permit. They charge upfront. Expensive, awful service, and they left several belongings behind at the other house.
