Congratulations to Mr. Miguel Prieto and all his assistants, Santi, Mariano, and José. A magnificent team, caring for the furniture with great professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness. They took great care of the transport of all the furniture, especially when it came to delivering it to the new house. Above all, I would like to highlight the ease and strength at the same time when unloading enormous granite stones. The piano has never been transported and treated with such care. This week we had our move done and we were delighted. We chose the packing and moving of furniture and all the contents, and it was a super easy move with excellent value for money. First, Miguel came to see the apartment and write down everything that needed to be moved and then give me a quote. Miguel is charming, super patient, and very detailed. I chose a date for the move, and that day, four workers arrived at the agreed-upon time. Beforehand, we decided to label everything they should and shouldn't take with them and where they should leave it on the next floor (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). This was very helpful when packing, since everyone was in their own room and they didn't have to keep asking us everything; they had it already marked (I recommend it). I was impressed by the care and attention they took when wrapping everything. The boxes weren't super tight, but rather left space so the contents wouldn't break, which I think is a very positive point. On the other hand, they hung the clothes from the closet on a box with a rod and rehung them on the other floor, saving me a lot of work there as well. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about the work done by Miguel's four workers and Carmen, who I spoke to on the phone about appointments, dates, quotes, and more. She's a lovely lady. Thanks to the Prieto e Hijos team, we'll definitely call you again for our next move.
