3 years agoI bought a Q3 two Fridays ago, and the speed, service, and professionalism were first-rate. Within a week, we had all the paperwork completed and the car in our possession. On the second day after receiving the car, the air pressure warning light went off. I consulted with the Centromotor salesman who sold me the car, and he responded immediately, and the problem was resolved correctly. Therefore, the after-sales service is a 10. 100% recommended if you're looking to upgrade.

5 years agoWe bought a Nissan Qashqai four months ago and we're delighted! Shortly after purchasing, we had a minor issue, which was covered by the warranty and resolved very quickly. The manager and the rest of the staff always treated us wonderfully; they even performed an ozone cleaning on the vehicle, which was a great help given the COVID situation. 100% recommended!

3 years agoIf the car I just bought doesn't give me any future problems, I can say everything is perfect. Javier, the salesman, deserves 5 stars; excellent service and advice. I went in for one car and came away with another. I haven't regretted it in my first 4,000 km. Well, no, I had given it 5 stars, but as time went on, I started finding "things," and since a few months have passed, they don't even answer me. Every time I wash the car, the paint peels off because it wasn't repainted properly, and there are a few other things. I'm sorry, but that's how it is. For the price of the car, there are too many extras like the navigation system, headlights, etc. And while we're at it, the CarGarantie warranty is ineffective; the warranty people wash their hands of it, and the official service centers don't want to know anything about it.
