MUDANZAS LUNA GRANADA

My experience with Mudanzas Luna has been terrible, especially regarding the owner's handling of the situation. INVOICING: To begin with, payment must be made in cash, which immediately raises concerns. I insisted I wanted an invoice, to which he replied that they don't issue them. I told him that couldn't be right, that I needed one... To which he responded, mocking my tone of voice: "Well, you'll pay 21% more." OF COURSE I'LL PAY IT, BUT YOU'RE GOING TO DECLARE IT. In the end, they gave it to me, and according to the delivery note, it seems they've only issued two invoices this year before mine (and this is February). PUNCTUALITY: They arrived an hour late with half a truck full of another move, to which I asked how this was possible. FORECURE ESTIMATE: Initially, I told them there would be x number of items, and then, when I saw there were more, I notified them, resulting in an increase in the quoted price. Once they arrived, they told me it would be another 100 euros (more than 220 euros for the trip from Armilla to Granada). DRIVERS - They're the only good thing about this company. Friendly and professional. I've read other reviews with few stars where the owner washes his hands of the matter, saying they have no record of that service and that I must have booked with the wrong company... How awful. I don't know that person, and I can confirm every single word. I won't be using them again.
