a year agoI highly recommend this company. I just rented a storage unit, and the location and the units themselves were fantastic. They made renting one incredibly easy, and when I returned it, they were incredibly helpful and efficient. I recommend them one hundred percent.

3 years agoThe storage unit is in a basement. Plumbing issues from a business above caused water to leak into the storage units. The damage is total. It's been four months since the damage was reported, and there's been no update. I had to remove my stored belongings and dispose of them at a recycling center. Update (June 5, 2022): After reading my review, they contacted the insurance company and reimbursed me €503.15. It took nine months to receive even a partial refund. They contacted me after seeing my review. I appreciate their efforts, however, I can't say my experience has been positive. I've lost almost everything I stored, valued at over €500 by the insurance company (which isn't their fault), and I've spent nine months trying to get anything back. I've wasted both time and money.
