I shouldn't be forced to give a star so I can write. Everything was going well until the pallets of my personal belongings arrived. They broke the glass on a painting, the foam on a stationary bike, and damaged boxes. Almost all of this happened because the load on top of the pallet somehow shifted, causing the breakage. The day I picked up my personal belongings, they saw the glass was broken and kept it to fix it. Rita, the secretary who does everything except unloading, told me to let them know with photos when I saw anything else at home. So that's what I did with the damaged boxes and the foam on the stationary bike. I spent more than six months writing on WhatsApp and only got the response that their insurance company wasn't responding; they practically laughed at me in my face. I'm sure they write and don't respond, but I think Rita was trying to tire me out. Finally, I went to the office and requested a complaint form. A year later, the consumer service department responded that the company hasn't responded to their request, and that I have to take legal action. I'll take that route, and then they'll have to respond. It's impressive; it shows me what kind of company it is. I don't recommend it at all because of the surprises you might encounter. A rubbish company.

Please be aware that what is stated on the invoice about not being responsible for the loss of valuables such as jewelry, money, documents, etc., is very true, and in practice, unfortunately, it means "if we rob you, it's your fault." I was overly trusting and left a small jewelry box with gold jewelry of great sentimental value in one of the drawers that I told them not to empty because I would personally take care of the contents, and they took everything in that box. And their excuse is that I should have removed everything. Let's see, I'm alone, in my house, and in the middle of the stress of a large move. I have to carry all my valuables with me for a day and a half of moving while I'm on the move...? In the end, the problem isn't that they have a thief working for their company, but that you trust people's honesty. That's how the world works. It's a shame that the professionalism of most of the employees is undermined by the misconduct of others, but I can't trust them again, nor can I recommend them. To top it all off, the company owner's attitude is deplorable, showing zero empathy and no interest in clarifying the situation or finding out what happened. He simply confronts a client who once trusted his company when she explains what happened. Therefore, I feel compelled to warn potential future clients so that the same thing doesn't happen to them.

I'm giving them 1 star because, obviously, Google doesn't allow 0. We moved with them between December 2023 and February 2024, and it was a complete disaster. The bedroom was completely water-damaged, the dresser and nightstand were smashed, the refrigerator was dented and damaged, the dining table leg was cracked, the furniture was poorly assembled, etc. They took absolutely no responsibility, even after we filed a complaint with consumer protection, which they didn't even respond to, and they haven't taken responsibility for any of the damages. They are certainly not a reliable company if problems arise.
