We had a two-stage move with Horizont and it was fantastic. They are very careful with furniture and boxes. Efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. If you request it, they will pack your belongings for you so you can relax and not have to worry about the move. They offer great service at reasonable prices.

I had a move with Horizont Atlantic from Madrid to Gran Canaria that seemed a bit complicated, as it involved moving from two different addresses and also required an internal transfer (some of the furniture was going to a storage unit). They handled everything with professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and efficiency. The Horizont Atlantic sales representative (Jorge) helped us with all the paperwork and answered all our questions, offering solutions for anything that might have seemed like a problem. Their representative in Madrid first sent a highly professional person who explained everything perfectly, and then the teams who handled the move at both addresses in the Community of Madrid (on two separate days, as we requested) were punctual and meticulous. Regarding the combined delivery to the Gran Canaria address, everything went exactly according to the schedule Jorge provided, and again, with great professionalism. I've done many moves (14 including this one) with different companies, and this has been the one I've been most satisfied with. They may not be the cheapest, but I didn't see a significant price difference with other options, and after seeing them work, I would choose them again without hesitation.
