We had a two-stage move with Horizont and it was fantastic. They are very careful with furniture and boxes. Efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. If you request it, they will pack your belongings for you so you can relax and not have to worry about the move. They offer great service at reasonable prices.

My move was from Las Palmas to Tenerife, and I have to say their service and professionalism are impeccable. Punctual, fast, and a long list of other positive aspects. I had a move with Horizont Atlantic from Madrid to Gran Canaria that seemed a bit complicated, as it involved moving from two different addresses and also required an internal transfer (some of the furniture was going to a storage unit). They handled everything with professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and efficiency. The Horizont Atlantic sales representative (Jorge) helped us with all the paperwork and answered all our questions, offering solutions for anything that might have seemed like a problem. Their representative in Madrid first sent a highly professional person who explained everything perfectly, and then the teams who handled the move at both addresses in the Community of Madrid (on two separate days, as we requested) were punctual and meticulous. Regarding the combined delivery to the Gran Canaria address, everything went exactly according to the schedule Jorge provided, and again, with great professionalism. I've done many moves (14 including this one) with different companies, and this has been the one I've been most satisfied with. They may not be the cheapest, but I didn't see a significant price difference with other options, and after seeing them work, I would choose them again without hesitation.
Biggest regret in my life: to give Horizont Atlantic my money! I asked for my belongings to be delivered from storage in Tenerife on 7 December 2024 and I still have not received them in Prague, Czech Republic. It is 27 March 2025 today. Horizont Atlantic does not respond to my emails when I ask for updates. On 24 February 2025, my stuff did however arrive in Barcelona and it has water damaged. My £8000 (bought in UK) real leather couch has now been sitting with water damage in a wet warehouse for over a month! Another €12000 may be lost for our wet real wood furniture and cotton towels, bedding and clothes. I was told the insurance which Horizont Atlantic arranged will not pay for the damage. Horizont Atlantic denies any wrong doing. I am so sad and frustrated and don't know what to do in order to get my things back and compensations for what is damaged. Any suggestions?
I just moved from mainland Spain to the Canary Islands with them. All the friendliness they showed me when I hired them turned into poor service, unprofessionalism, and rudeness from the moment I made the first payment. Don't even think about moving with them if you're worried about your belongings and your peace of mind! It was a complete disaster from beginning to end, and the worst part was the negligence and rudeness of their manager (when I actually managed to speak to him, because from the moment I paid, he spent days ignoring my calls and phone calls).
