After a year, they raised the prices outrageously, claiming it was due to increased interest rates on construction materials and other reasons. They said it was all in writing. From being full, they've lost a lot of tenants for the same reason. Besides, it's very dirty and damp. I don't recommend it. These people are incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible. After storing all your belongings there, you have to leave after a year. They're shameless and opportunistic.

There's dampness in the ceiling, and my boxes have gotten wet, ruining everything inside (rotten picture frames, destroyed books, etc.). I also warned them back in the summer that one of my unassembled boxes had gotten a little wet on the cardboard, and they told me to put a base down so that if water came in through the floor, my things wouldn't get wet, but water is coming in from the ceiling. They haven't offered me any compensation. I don't recommend them. Update: January 24, 2025. They offered me a new storage unit today, two days after I realized everything was being ruined by the rain and the leak. Obviously, I had already taken all my things out and switched to another company. The insurance adjuster also contacted me, but to arrange a visit with the upstairs neighbor (if there was one, which he didn't know), I told him to contact the owner of the company, as I have no idea who he is. So, I don't know anything about compensation at the moment. Update: July 15, 2025. I was never offered any financial compensation for the damages, nor did the insurance company even call me about it. They kept calling me, mistakenly claiming to be from the insurance company, to ask when they could visit the storage unit and the neighbor's apartment upstairs (even though I was no longer renting the storage unit and have no idea who the neighbors are).
