The service at this Bluespace branch was appalling. BEWARE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU without scruples. Just to make a sale, they tell you they have what you're asking for, and when you get there, it's nowhere near reality. We requested a 21m² open-plan space so we could store and handle our belongings. First, they told us they didn't have it, then they called to say they did. We specified that it had to be a single, continuous space. The agreement was that they would give us three smaller, adjacent storage units that could be opened up from the inside to create a single 21m² space. When we arrived, we found three separate units. Only two could be joined together. This was useless to us, and we had already sent the signed contract! We had been scammed! Since we couldn't use the space like that, we requested a refund. From then on, it was a constant stream of emails telling us they wouldn't give us a refund. Terrible service. Poor organization. If you're looking for storage in the area, we'd be happy to recommend any of the ones in the area; in Julián Camarillo there are others that offer better service, better attention, and better prices.

A company is allowing its customers to dump belongings and trash from their storage units on the street, turning it into a public dump. They will soon be reported; this has been caught on camera and is real. Please show some civic responsibility; there's a recycling center just a few meters away.

Parking is so bad I can't believe anyone with car would use this place more than once.
