Location is ok… Telephone sales staff are very friendly. Not open 24 hours so only from 7 am to 9 pm you can access … Poor Customer Service (initially attentive) unfortunately didn’t seem to care much on my last visit. Upper Storages are very unsafe as there are no handles for support. It was mentioned from the beginning , no action. Ladders have to be assembled by the user… I was assisted once then i had to do it myself … don’t take the upper storages as this will be a headache… you will go around the corridors and will have to move the other big trolleys yourself and again very unsafe … release hard brakes etc you have to remove the bars from the trolley yourself while on top of the trolley too! Toilets were always dirty. Very disappointed with the last visit. I returned the locker with plenty of anticipation but they still charged me EUR 1,65 for an extra day for the next month …. Please note : for a locker that will be empty and available for the next 14 days! (maybe they prefer to keep EUR 1,60 instead of a returning customer?) I had my EUR 1,65 receipt after ‘counter closing’ … one of the few times you pay and you don’t get the receipt straight away, and for that amount! Unbelievable! Not Recommended!
