Thieves! It took me three and a half months and nine emails to get my deposit back. (The same thing happened last year, when I had to remind them several times to return my deposit.) Make sure you cancel the direct debit when you leave the storage unit, as they charged me the following month and I had to fight to get it back. They really need to improve their customer service! Also, it seemed like people were living in the storage units. They would come in with dinner at night when there was no staff! The storage unit itself was good and easy to access.

I vacated the storage unit on December 2, 2025. It's now January 12, 2026, and I still haven't received a refund for the month of December, which I was charged in full, plus my deposit. Every time I call, they tell me the refund will be processed the following week. This has been going on for three weeks. It's an absolute disgrace. I will file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

I'm giving one star because it couldn't be any lower. I signed up for the service and, 48 hours later, I decided to cancel the contract, within the legally mandated 14-day period. However, more than a month later, I'm still waiting for my money back. If they don't even comply with that, how can I trust leaving my belongings in a place like that? I'm updating my review. Far from refunding my money, they give me excuses for not returning it, and they don't give me the company's tax information.
