The customer service is impeccable; they are always friendly and very attentive, and they respond very quickly to all emails and inquiries. Furthermore, they are very precise and organized, which makes the whole process super easy and reliable. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs to store their luggage. 2 months agoLast week I requested the return of my belongings to Boxspace. Enrique and the team provided excellent service, always ready to help whenever needed. They notified me by phone well in advance so I could be prepared and not caught off guard. And that's exactly what happened. The person who brought my things was very helpful (I made it as easy as possible for them, too). In the end, I counted the items and signed the receipt. I was very impressed to see everything. Actually, it was better than when I handed it over. Enrique knows his stuff... Thanks to him and the team. It's reassuring to know I can always count on you. I wish you all a Happy December, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year!

When I asked them to pick up and return my boxes on a specific date, they did so without a problem. Everything was very fast and professional. I highly recommend it!
