I called and a guy named Álvaro answered. I asked for Gorka because I'd called a month and a half ago and told him I wanted to store my things by October (Gorka was super nice). In fact, he told me to ask for him when I called, which I thought was great. I called again and this Álvaro guy answered and told me Gorka wasn't there and that I'd never hear from him again. So I asked for the same quote I'd requested a month and a half ago, and I saw the price was still the same, but the shipping cost was higher than what I'd been told. I explained that this wasn't what I'd been told, and asked what had changed. He said he highly doubted they'd told me that. I told him if he wanted, he could give me his email address and I'd send him the recorded conversation, since I'd recorded it precisely so I wouldn't forget the details. He just laughed. Anyway, I don't know what he's laughing about, but I tell him it's annoying when you're trying to tell him something and he thinks I'm lying, that I have no need to.
