If you want a serious and professional company, this is NOT it. After they moved us from Madrid to Zaragoza in July, a table and a chair arrived damaged. After sending photos, emails, and making calls, and after paying the insurance for the damages they require, to this day we have not received a response to our claim, much less payment for the damages. It's a disgrace. We've decided to report their practices to prevent future customers from having the same experience. Look for another company.

DO NOT fall into the trap! If you enjoy paying more than agreed upon, don't mind your belongings arriving 3 or 4 months later than promised, having things broken and others lost, and not only do they refuse to take responsibility but they also won't even answer your communication attempts, then this is your ideal moving company! With one important distinction: the Valencia team (Pedro, the Fernandos, Ernesto, etc.) were excellent. EVERYTHING else was a disaster! This especially applies to Raquel Amo, who takes the lack of professionalism and the art of gaslighting to an admirable level! When it became impossible to speak with her due to her supposed emotional instability and repeated disrespect, we asked for her superior, and her response was that she 'doesn't have a superior.' I would have loved to meet someone in Gil Stauffer with the minimum customer service skills. Undoubtedly, this was one of the worst service experiences we have ever had, and I'd be happy to share the details with anyone who asks to prevent others from being scammed.

Would not recommend them to anyone, had poorly packed belongings. They packed my freezer with meat inside. They even packed a packet of eggs and toast. I received more than fifteen empty boxes, had some boxes only a third filled. My 55 inch TV was was smashed. I paid more than €2,700, for packing and transportation from Madrid to port in Valencia. No compensation was given, because it was not insured!!!!
