2 weeks agoHonestly, I can't say anything other than to thank the staff, who are truly friendly. The service is excellent, the prices are very affordable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I'm a regular customer and I would never change if they keep doing this.

7 months agoOne of the managers helped us with the security deposit after we made a mistake with the storage unit checkout. Her patience and help, along with her excellent service, made it a very good experience working with them. Silvia, I think her name is, did an excellent job, and her human qualities made the difference. Five stars for her.

a month agoThis latest measure is outrageous. They're going to prohibit our 24-hour storage, even with a contract and a higher rate than everyone else, as a security measure. Those on the ground floor will still be able to access it, but what about security?! If we don't like their breach of contract, we have to give them 15 days' notice, as per our contract. What will they do next?! We'll have to find another storage unit, or just throw our things away.

6 months agoTerrible customer service. I've had a rented storage unit for over three years, barely using it. On the last day, I arrived at 8:58 p.m., and the lady was already closing the lock, leaving customers inside, saying, "It's my schedule, not my problem. Let the boss come and let you in." We couldn't access our storage unit, but they're just as quick to apply overcharge penalties as they are to close it. Not advisable at all. It's better to deal with private individuals or with staff who are willing to work and treat others well. Obviously, I emptied the storage unit and requested to leave.
