When my boxes arrived at the storage unit, Pablo took care of everything for me. He even placed the boxes in the unit himself and sent me a video along with clear instructions. Don't look anywhere else in Madrid for storage solutions - the administrative part was quick and efficient, communication was instant and straightforward and coordinating with transport was more than I could have hoped for. Practically the location is also accesible by public transport (bus and local train) from downtown for those who dont drive, and the unit itself is modern and well maintained.
