6 years agoIf you need a mini storage unit or self-storage space, ITS is a great solution. The facilities are excellent, and they have units of all sizes. Everything is very well designed to make loading and unloading easy. And everything is always spotless. Finally, the prices are very competitive. I've known them for 10 years and have never had any problems. Like I said, a great solution.

6 years agoWe have a rented storage room to store the tools of the family renovation business that I have with my brother. Since we hired the storage room we have made our work more efficient because they give us all the facilities and the premises have security and are very well connected.

15 years agoSpeaking as a customer, I rent a storage unit there. The service is always friendly, they quickly resolve any issues, and they were a great help when we moved, which was much appreciated. The facilities and access are convenient, and it's also just a minute from Madrid with excellent transport links. Satisfied customer.

3 months agoWhile you're paying, everything seems perfect, but as soon as you cancel the rental, the problems begin. We cancelled the storage unit on August 31st and are still waiting for the deposit back. I called to complain, and they just told me they'd "ask the department," without giving a date or a solution. It's unacceptable that after more than two months they haven't returned what's mine and, on top of that, they respond with a tone as if complaining is just a whim.
