a year agoMy experience at Madbox was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy, with 24-hour security and clean facilities. Furthermore, the staff (Roberto and Guillermo) were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing convenient and secure storage. Thank you for a great experience!

a year agoGuillermo is a complete disrespecter. Throughout the entire appointment, he treated us in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Despite letting us know in advance that we would be late (due to work schedules) and suggesting we reschedule, he was always rude and had terrible behavior. He even refused to open the storage unit we had requested. I repeat, unprofessional in every way. I don't know about storage units, but this man was the worst I've ever encountered as a person and a professional. I'm very disappointed by people like him. They lose a client.
