In March of this year, I moved with this company. Part of my belongings were in my storage unit to be later transported to Portugal. They arranged my belongings in my small storage unit, everything fit like a Tetris game. This week I went down to look for a TV. I cleared out half the storage unit so I could find and remove the TV, which was in its original box. The box was open at the bottom, and the TV was gone. No one has keys to this place. When I complained to the company, they told me it's impossible for them to take it, that their people are honest, that they've done more valuable moves, and that it could have been the doorman if he has a key! Aside from this, I have an alabaster sculpture that was damaged, packed only in nylon! A 2x2 painting that was carried up the terrace in the rain, broken glasses and candlesticks. They took the shoes out of the boxes and they were all thrown into the moving boxes, horrendous! It's better to pay more; that's the lesson I'll take away. And the treatment of those in charge is shameful. After writing this review, the owner called me and sent three people to check the storage room and my house! Now it turns out they didn't pack the TV box, the TV was in their boxes. But it's nowhere to be seen! And I HAVE TO PROVE WHO TOOK IT!!!!!!! It's crazy!!!! 24 hours have passed and I received a call from the company informing me that after a meeting, they concluded that they didn't pack the box, that they packed the TV in their boxes, and that they mistakenly brought it up to the apartment, and that I lost it. And to remove this comment for defamation. That's as far as the call goes, because I interrupted it. THIS IS HARASSMENT. Not only am I not taking it back, I stand by every word. HERE'S MORE COMPLAINTS FOR MISSING PROPERTIES. This is a company of unsavory people.

Mudanzas Agustin: The worst packers and and most careless movers Have you ever gotten robbed? Having had someone break in to your place and steel some things. Can you remember to feeling you got when you walked in and saw your things on the ground, pulled out of drawers and wardrobes, disorganised, scattered here and there, thrown around randomly? The feeling of having had an unknown intruder go through your things, pull them out, move and throw them around carelessly, with complete disregard for their value to you? Feeling angered, disrespected, frustrated: angered by the act; disrespected that someone could so carelessly treat the things that are yours and that you’ve been so carefully taking care of for years and decades; frustrated that there’s nothing you can do about it? This is how I felt when I started opeing boxes the day after our last move. Most families don’t move that much. We have moved quite a lot. We have moved a total of 7 times using moving companies, each time a different one: 1) From Canada to France. 2) From one apartment to another in the same region of France. 3) From Paris to Madrid (Aravaca). 4) From Aravaca to Boadilla del Monte. 5) From Boadialla del Monte to El Soto de la Moraleja 6) From La Moraleja to downtown Madrid, which actually included two moves, because a lot of stuff had to go into storage. 7) From one downtown flat to another, as well as from the storage facilities to the new flat. From this pretty extensive experience of moving and moving companies, it’s obvious that there are very important differences between companies, and the quality of the service they provide. Of course, it’s not the company that does the moving, but the individual packers and movers that work for the company. And yes, some are more careful and other less. But in general, a good company will train its employees to the level they want their services to be given. That’s where you will find a major difference in the outcome of a move. In conclusion, Agustin is by far the worse moving company I've ever worked with. The packers and movers are pathetic and couldn't care less about any of your stuff, be that ceramic dishes, glasses and jars, or our antique Japanese and Korean dressers, which they also were the first in all our moves to scratch and even chip the corner of. Therefore, in four words: stay away from them.
