The team was incredibly professional and friendly, moving large furniture without touching a single wall. The price is excellent for the quality of service they offer. 5 months agoThe worst moving experience we've ever had. From the very beginning, the service was poor: they packed everything improperly, with no care or discretion to protect delicate items. As a result, they broke half a set of dishes, a teapot, an antique table clock, and, worst of all, several arms of an antique La Grange-style lamp, a piece of great sentimental and financial value. They broke that lamp in front of us, and although they promised to fix it, they never did. We saw the rest of the damage when we unpacked after the return move. They caused further damage to three other lamps, a large mahogany box, a rosewood trunk, the foot of a late 18th or early 19th-century table, and tore the fabric on the back of a Louis XV chair. Not only did they damage our belongings, but they also took no responsibility for repairing the damage. It's not just about material loss, but also about the poor treatment of the belongings of a client who trusts a company with something as important as a move. With Mudanzas Brío, that trust is broken in every way. In short, an unprofessional, careless, and disreputable company. I do not recommend them under any circumstances. If you have valuables or simply want your belongings to arrive in good condition, look for a more responsible option.
