4 months agoOverall, I'm satisfied with the move we made with this company. The moving crew did a good job, moving all the appliances, furniture, and belongings without any damage from a home without an elevator to my new address in half a day. The experience was slightly marred by an issue with the parking warning sign at the destination, which required an improvised solution, but they handled the claim quickly and reasonably well. I would hire them again.

6 months agoI moved within Madrid with them, and everything was perfect. The service was excellent throughout; the moving team was efficient, pleasant, and professional. Everything they moved arrived in good condition, including a mirror, and they did it very quickly. I don't think you could ask for more; I'm very grateful.

10 months agoWe've moved our headquarters and hired Mudanzas Ciclo for their professionalism and excellent price. We're very pleased with the work done by the entire team; they were fast, thorough, and friendly. We highly recommend them.

4 months agoI assume the positive reviews come from family and friends who were asked to do it. We all know how it works, and after our experience, it's even clearer to me. They destroyed a painting and damaged a very valuable piece of furniture, in addition to using our collection of historic newspapers to wrap picture frames. They left more than 10 packages, as quoted, in the storage room, which we had to bring in ourselves. When we called to complain, they acted like mad, questioning everything we told them. They say they have insurance, but I doubt it's true since, as I said, they deny everything we claim.

10 months agoThe workers were friendly and efficient, but they left many large items in the house we were moving out of without notifying us. We only saw what they had done when we returned to hand over the keys to the new owner. We had to rent a large vehicle to move our belongings ourselves. They also broke a bedside table. I don't recommend them.
