Muy decepcionada con el servicio. Durante la mudanza me causaron desperfectos en una estantería y en una televisión. Tras comunicarlo y esperar semanas, finalmente me informaron de que no darán parte al seguro. ¿La razón? La estantería tiene un valor inferior a la franquicia de 150 €, así que no les compensa. Y en el caso de la TV, como no tiene un golpe visible por fuera, se excusan de toda responsabilidad. Una pena, porque confié en ellos por una experiencia previa positiva. Esta vez la atención y la gestión han sido decepcionantes. No volveré a contratarlos ni puedo recomendarlos.

A highly unrecommended company. Initially, the deal with the salesperson was fantastic. However, the move didn't go at all as planned. First, the quote wasn't accurate, and we had to pay an additional €250 due to errors in their calculations, especially because they were supposed to disassemble the furniture and ultimately didn't. Furthermore, the workers were incredibly careless with our belongings and the items they were packing. They mixed everything up, regardless of its condition, causing everything to arrive in disarray and without any care. In addition, some furniture and belongings were also damaged. They also carelessly packed the oil cans as if they had no contents, causing problems with the box itself and its contents, along with other boxes that were damaged. We don't recommend them at all, because although they may seem to have good prices, you end up paying for them with other shortcomings.

Absolutely not recommendable. The service was terrible from the start; it was all problems. But the worst came when opening the boxes after the move: they didn't use bubble wrap or any protection for the delicate or glass objects. Everything was crammed together, mixed up, and without any care. Many belongings arrived broken. To save on materials, they wrapped my delicate items in my own blankets and comforters, using them as protection. Furthermore, when unloading, they stacked the boxes on top of each other, not caring that it said "fragile," causing even more damage. A disastrous and very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend them under any circumstances. I'm adding photos of the utter disaster. I'm editing my message to respond to their lack of politeness. As you can see from the type of company you are, instead of receiving a professional response, I receive personal insults. This attitude only confirms the lack of seriousness with which the service was handled and provides evidence of the unacceptable treatment of their customers. I appreciate your response being posted, because it speaks for itself. I hope you reconsider how you handle criticism in the future, because that's my right, and focus more on improving than on attacking and disrespecting others. Best regards.

IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DAMAGE TO A BRAND-NEW PROPERTY, UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS, AND A MAN WHO WASHES HIS HANDS OF RESPONSIBILITY. Result of our move: €1,200 plus the cost of repairing dented and scratched walls. Replacement of appliances that were broken and packed into boxes without informing us. Damaged furniture. They won't cover damages because they didn't see them at the time the damage occurred. NOT RECOMMENDED.
