They were professional, the price was clear and very fair (I had contacted about 10 other movers beforehand), and they were kind and helpful. Seriously, if you're reading this review and not sure which movers to book, contact Andreas from Fastportes! The best movers in Madrid! If I could give them 100 stars, I would. We had very delicate belongings, and everything arrived perfectly. I also want to highlight their kindness and reliability. We are delighted.

5 months agoThis company moved my mother from Arganda del Rey to Majadahonda. The cost was very expensive, not to mention the belongings they lost in the move and a broken laptop. Andrés, who manages this company, refused to take responsibility, as he wanted my mother to pay everything upfront and then we'd have to rely on him to pay her back... not to mention the insults directed at me. I don't recommend them at all, and we'll see him in court.
