Emilio's advice regarding the move was impeccable, as was his kindness and approachability. The rest of the move, however, was a complete DISASTER. Alan showed zero professionalism when it came to delivering the materials (he didn't show up or even notify me on the agreed date, and when I informed the company that I hadn't received the materials, he called me arrogantly and threateningly, asking who I thought I was to call anyone. APPALLING). On moving day, yesterday, organization was nonexistent. Apart from Rodrigo and Ahmed, it was a constant battle with the rest of the workers. They were always right, you couldn't give them any guidance, they argued about everything... The result: destroyed live plants inside boxes with heavy objects on top (the ones that have been found; the rest must be inside some sealed box), wooden furniture, marked by them as being meant for the master bedroom, left out in the open, exposed to the rain all night; A sofa that should have been protected for outdoor use was only partially covered and exposed to the elements; appliances were completely scratched because they weren't properly protected; one of the two ceiling fans had a broken wooden blade; boxes from the storage room were in the kitchen; boxes from the bedroom were in the storage room, and so on... And there are still more than 70 boxes to open! The worst part was the company's lack of response and empathy; they completely washed their hands of the whole thing. Things can happen during a move, but that's what insurance is for. I just hope these comments help ensure that my move is the last one they handle so badly. My experience was AWFUL and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. In response to your comment: I believe that seven calls to David, the person in charge of the move (all of which went unanswered and he didn't return my calls), several WhatsApp messages to Emilio, the person I hired for the move, and another call to the manager of Mudanzas Gol, whom I spoke with before publishing the review, constitutes prior contact with you, right? If you'd like, I can publish those calls and messages, but I didn't consider it appropriate due to data protection regulations. Now I understand the name Mudanzas Gol; it must be because of your company's policy of passing the buck... Best regards.
